To the extent permitted by law, MoneyWiseCalc and its operators are not liable for any loss, damage, cost or expense arising from your use of (or reliance on) the Site, including calculator results, guides, or linked third-party resources.

The Site may include links to third-party websites (including government sites, lenders, banks and partners). We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, accuracy, availability or privacy practices. Access third-party sites at your own risk.

MoneyWiseCalc may display advertising (including Google AdSense) and may include affiliate links or partnerships. We may earn revenue from ads or referrals at no extra cost to you.

Advertising or partnerships do not change how our calculators compute results. Calculator outputs are generated from the stated inputs and assumptions.

From time to time, the Site may include an optional enquiry feature that allows you to request to be contacted by a third-party mortgage broker (a "Lead Enquiry").

If you submit a Lead Enquiry:

• you request that we collect the information you provide and disclose it to one or more mortgage broker partner(s) so they can contact you about home loan options;
• you confirm the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you are authorised to provide it;
• you consent to being contacted by the broker partner(s) via phone, email and/or SMS about your enquiry; and
• you understand MoneyWiseCalc may receive a fee for referring your Lead Enquiry (paid per lead).

MoneyWiseCalc is not a lender or mortgage broker and does not provide credit assistance or recommendations. A referral is not a recommendation of any broker, lender or product. Any advice you receive will be provided by the broker partner(s) under their own licences and terms.

You agree not to:

• misuse the Site or attempt to disrupt its operation
• use automated tools (bots/scrapers) to access or copy the Site at scale without written permission
• attempt to reverse engineer, copy or resell our calculators, code or content
• use the Site in any way that is unlawful or infringes rights of others

We may restrict access where we reasonably believe there is misuse or harmful activity.

All content, calculators, design, branding and materials on the Site are owned by or licensed to MoneyWiseCalc and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial use only unless we agree otherwise in writing.
